Winter Management Announces
New Appointment

Boston, Massachusetts — June 1, 2005 — Winter Management, a distributor of snow and ice maintenance equipment and environmentally safe de-icing products, announced today the new appointment of Debora Babin Katz to the position of director of business development effective immediately. The position reports to John J. Molloy, President and Founder.

A principal of DBK Consulting, Katz has experience providing management and marketing services to small business owners and large, national and international companies. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts and is a published writer.

As director of business development for Winter Management, Katz will develop and oversee the Company's marketing and communications strategies and initiatives as well as direct marketing services to Winter Management's distributors.
